Earth Doula Meditations
Our Earth is Healing. Our precious planet is undergoing a process of transmutation and transformation. A shift into an entirely new dimension. This process has its challenges, as evidenced by the recent increase in seismic activity worldwide. Only weeks ago, a rare earthquake was felt in the Atlanta Metro area. There may be other natural phenomena to witness in coming times. This is not to be feared, it should be embraced as necessary for the creation of a better world for our future generations.
We are all a part of the Earth itself. We all can be DOULAS for our Mother Earth as she endures the changes caused by the shift. Intentionally sending an energy of LOVE to our planet is a powerful practice. When we do so collectively, we magnify that power more than 100 fold! We are all EARTH DOULAS if we choose to hold that space.
An intentional moment of our gathering will focus on loving prayers directed toward our planet Earth, the sustainer of all of our lives.

What is Sound Alchemy?
Sound alchemy uses vibration and frequency to release energetic blockages. We'll work with singing bowls, voice, and natural sounds to facilitate deep healing.
Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls are a merging of precious crystals fused with precious metals, such as gold, platinum, and palladium. These minerals are heated to over 4000 degrees in an alchemical process to create the sound bowls. These alchemy bowls generate tones that have new to our earthly paradigm. A Sound Bowl Bath is an experience of the light body. The tones are not heard, but felt deep within the mitochondria of each cell in the body. These tones activate the light body and generate frequency healing that is multidimensional. Bathing in the tones allows us to slip into remembrance of our connection to ALL THAT IS.

A ceremonial, non-psychoactive herbal blend crafted to support inner journeying. The tea ceremony connects us to ancient wisdom traditions.
